A Thursday Evening on The Strand

After a busy day in Oxford working, Thursday evening saw me make my way to The West End heading towards The Strand Via Trafalgar Square to Adam Street.What a crazy city with people swarming the pavements and roads with Armfuls of Sale Bags,people gazing out of Cafe Bars ,Cyclists trying to avoid Double Decker Buses and Taxi's at high speed,what a fascinating and exciting world that we live in ....I was guest of Adam Street Private Members Club (formely the world famous Green Room ,host to Theatre and Tv) where Elect Club London (electclub.co.uk) in partnership with Fusion Escapes(Fusion Escapes.com)showed the creme of London how to party ,network and indulge and learn about luxury Travel for the discerning independant traveller,a fascinating evening i do have to admit.All i need to do now is just figure which Fusion Escape destination to pick and what to pack.. decisions..

Camden Town Versus Ascot

Thursday saw me venture into another world-Camden -North London ,home of 'anything goes'.
Had a quick catch up with an Editor friend of mine over Coffee and headed to The Locks...
What i like about Camden versus Ascot ,is that you are anonymous ,you are on show but in a completely different way .
I was in a mission to buy a gift for my Nephew ,Skateboarding is his thing so the search began ,i found a cool T.Shirt...
A spot of Asian Food supported the backdrop to a wonderful view of the canal ,i love the quirky Motorbike seats you sit on whilst sampling the delights of Asian Cuisine...for a moment i thought i was in the Far East...
I have to tell you bout a unique Eco Cafe -INSPIRAL ...OMG i love it ,Gourmet Food ,Superfoods,Cocktails ,Beers ,Homemade Chocolates...chilling to the sounds of Inspiral Radio all over the Waterside ...simply stunning
A day out would not be complete without a spot of retail therapy...i love these Wedges from ALDO...Grab them before they go .
I must dash off to a Vintage Accessory Fair in the West End
